Quick profiles of the BloodBags characters
Nikolai Kazakov
– A vampire. Many centuries old, Nikolai lives by himself in Lansir castle with his staff. One day, out of loneliness, he wished that the gargoyle who’d kept him company over the decades outside his balcony was alive. And the wish came true — or rather, Nikolai decided to experiment and managed to successfully bring the gargoyle to life with his magic and his blood. Nikolai named him Sasha and henceforth called him ‘pet’.
Sasha
– A gargoyle. Brought to life by Nikolai, Sasha became a personal servant to Nikolai and calls him ‘master’. While good at serving his master, he is unsure of himself personally and of what he really is. He happily lets Nikolai dictate what he should do. As living stone, he has no blood, and doesn’t not need sustenance, but his body can shatter with enough force applied.
Royce
– A gargoyle. Abandoned by her original master because she was blind, Nikolai took pity on Royce and took her in. Because she had so much magic, he was sure she could make herself useful. Royce has immersed her magic in their stone castle and has made it part of her. She has put herself in charge of security as she can sense all the going-ons in the castle. Royce is very quiet and likes it when her master is happy.
Bein
– A skeleton. Nikolai brought Bein to life because he could tell it had developed a consciousness. Bein only has pale flesh on his face, while the rest of him is bone. He drinks premium blood daily to ensure that the blood magic surrounding and protecting his bones is maintained. Bein loves wearing colourful wigs, dresses, shoes and likes putting on makeup. He also likes to sing, and help everyone look beautiful.
Kadavri
– A corpse. Kadavri was animated by Nikolai, using his blood and magic. She eats like a regular person, as she had fresh organs and real blood in her when she was brought to life. Kadavri cannot speak as her original maker left out her vocal chords when putting the pieces of her together. Kadavri had to be taught how to do everything, the way one had to teach a growing babe. But even after so long, she still seems very innocent and young.
Erotica
– A fallen angel. Erotica has no magic to call her own. She has a morbid fascination with “science” and magic, and experiments on whoever is unlucky enough to be in her grasp. She sneaked into Nikolai’s dungeons and currently lives there, using the place as her personal lab. Erotica doesn’t seem to have any feelings for anyone, and can be quite cruel in her “scientific” curiosity. Nikolai let her stay as she agreed to be his living bloodbag, providing him with her blood every month.
